Laura Arnold at Razorbill has acquired a third, as yet untitled middle-grade novel by Nikki Loftin. Her debut, The Sinister Sweetness of Splendid Academy, came out in August, and a second book,Nightingale’s Nest, a re-imagining of “The Nightingale,” is in the works for winter 2014. Suzie Townsend of New Leaf Literary and Media was the agent.
